I had a few inquiries about the amp for the trailer. The trailer is 60 amp; however, the A lots (and many other lots) are 30 amp.

The trailer is 550 sq ft. It was a 3-bedroom, and we took down a wall and made it into a 2-bedroom, giving us one large bedroom that could easily fit two bunk beds; the second bedroom might be considered a medium-sized bedroom (for a trailer). We used the large bedroom for our primary.
There is also a double-size Futon sofa/bed in the living room.
We also removed the furnace and stove, both didn't work when we purchased the trailer. Removing the stove and furnace worked in our favour as it removed "risk" for insurance purposes. We use a convection hotplate, grill/bbq, skillet and crockpot to prepare meals.
The Add-A-Room is a great area for kids to play video games (there’s a TV and seating in the add-a-room) or a place to lounge and read a book.
The trailer comes furnished and has a couple of outbuildings. Everything in the trailer is also included.
The price for the trailer is $40,000, and we're firm on the price. Please do not contact or request a viewing if this is out of your price range.
Lot fee is $3000, which includes electricity, water and sewage.
This is a seasonal lot owned by Spruce Sands. The season is May-Oct (5 months long). You cannot stay outside of those months.
