Two “deeded” lots for sale (you can own them-no lease or levy) the lots are very close to Clearwater Lake Regional Park. The park has all the amenities you could want including tennis courts, golf course, walking trails, convenience store/restaurant, boat launch, plus camping spaces. There is a large hall that is host to many different events, including weddings, reunions, etc.



The park is approximately 8 miles from the Town of Kyle on #4 highway straight south of Rosetown approximately 45 miles.



The north lot has power on a stand already there. It has 2 30 amp camper plugs and 2



regular plugins with a 100 amp service. There is a good supply of firewood there already and several trees and bushes already growing as well. $30,000 OBO.
