The condo market is saturated. You have no shortage of options and price ranges. So what do I believe makes my condo more viable compared with others?
1. Location, location, location. Wellington St W between Blue Jays Way and John St is in the heart of the downtown KingWest core.
2. At the intersection of work, health, education, arts & entertainments and sport.
3. Larger than most bachelors at 516 square feet instead of the usual "under 500" or even "under 400" square feet.
4. Higher ceilings for more light as it is on the Penthouse floor.
5. The Queen bed in the den by the front door is completely separate from the living room so you are not eating/entertaining where you sleep.
6. You can turn the den into an office by creating space with a Murphy bed, or you can add extra closet space as it is set up for that.
7. The flat kitchen has the usual: washer-dryer, fridge, hob/oven, in-built microwave, and dishwasher
8. A full gym, small resistance pool, and sauna.
9. A bistro-style rooftop patio with an excellent view of the CN Tower and parts of Lake Ontario and, in warmer weather, BBQ facilities.
10. A midrise building (18th floors) meaning no sense of being crowded out waiting for the elevator.
Does not include parking or a locker as these would have to be sourced from a private owner.
Check my MLS number of C13727578 for more info.
Open to 3-4 month rental during the for-sale phase and longer if there is no sale.
Fyi: A condo bylaw forbids smoking of any kind in the condo as well as anywhere on the premises including the rooftop patio.
Fyi: A city bylaw restricts noise to 11pm for the consideration of one's neighbours.
