Parking on street. No smoking, No drugs or weed allowed; No night sleepovers allowed. No loud music;.No bed- bugs allowed inside home. . If bedbugs appeared inside house, then a penalty of $1150 will be charged and cut from deposit. Required one month deposit equal to rent and advance rent. Rent is $1150 per month.
