All living spaces are huge with hardwood and tile throughout. All Bedrooms are very large. The APT is approximately 1100 sq ft, as large as a house. The pictures don't do it justice. Balcony is west facing to enjoy the afternoons and evenings.
Laundry and my office are onsite.
ALL amenities are close by and CENTRAL to everything in a safe neighbourhood. (Circle K and bus stop a block away. / Grocery Store, Shoppers etc. 4 blocks away.)
Most groups stay until the end of their schooling once they realize how great this location really is! Come and see!
