Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m looking for someone to join a shared occupant living arrangement. You will have your own large private sleeping area with a closet. We share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room on the main floor.

My brother is the primary lease holder renting the home and has his own separate private basement suite with a side entrance. You would be sharing the main floor with me only.

I am in my mid 30’s and my brother is in his late 30’s. His name is Richard and he works full time at an oil rig. I work part time and currently on disability.

A female is preferred, but a mature, respectful male may be considered. No couples or double occupancy.

Your monthly contribution is $960 which includes:

A refundable deposit of $800 is required before moving in.

I have two cats and a friendly Australian Shepherd dog.
You must be comfortable living with pets, as they share the common areas.

Someone who does not work remote from home. Who is mature, independent and respectful who:

Keeps shared spaces clean.

Is reliable and easy to live with.

Helps with basic shared responsibilities (light cleaning, sidewalk shoveling).

My brother handles the lawn care.

Must follow shared-home agreements and respect late night and early morning hours.
