Newly renovated, fully furnished one bedroom basement apartment for one person only. All utility bills are included.

Rooms available include a newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, living room, one bedroom with new double bed bedding and scenic wall pictures. Included too, are a newly insulated shared laundry room and storage room.

Located on the upper west side area of Saint John.
Side steps are provided to the private entrance.

Separate driveway is available for parking. Large snow removal for the driveway is included. Tenant will be responsible for all other snow removal.

The apartment is completely pet free.

Smoke/vape/ drug free tenant property (inside and out).

For 2026, short term rent is $1400 per month or $450 per week. A security deposit of $1450 cash will also be collected with the first payment. This included a one time $50 cleaning fee. Availability may vary based on occupancy dates.

One month’s notice is to be given prior to tenancy termination for month to month rental. Damage deposit will be returned minus any damage/replacement costs and cleaning fee.

Proof of tenant/apartment insurance is required.

Apartment property is not suitable/safe for children because of the very close steep hill in back of the property, etc.
