My family and me are looking for a long term rental to call home , we have lived in our house for 10 years but due to our landlord having financial issues she is selling the house or bank is going foreclosures it , so I am trying to make sure my family and me have a place to live in by next march , we can afford 2400 with nothing included , my wife and me have 3 kids( 6,17 and our adult son is 24) and 3 cats ( all fixed and older in age ) my wife and me love doing yard work and keeping our home looking beautiful, I work full time my wife is a stay at home mom , we always pay our rent on time . We are fixers not wreckers we believe in making any house our home if we are welcomed too ( with permission of course ) :)
