Hardworking Mom and Dad of two school aged sons are looking for a long term home. Mom has been working for the same well known company for over 18yrs, Dad is a 4th Year plumber.

Our sons are 7 and 12 and just got settled into their new neighborhood and schools so we are HOPING to stay in the Oakridge or surrounding area for them but we are on a bit of a time crunch so we aren't limiting ourselves.

We are looking for 2-3 bedrooms, preferably with some or all utilities included and pet friendly for two dogs. One 11 yr old boxer who prefers sleep at this point in her life, and a 4 yr old Cane Corso who only looks scary, she's actually mush. We're being open about the dogs so there are no surprises, but both are well behaved and trained. We HOPE to keep them.

Depending on the utilities situation, we have a decent budget, but please don't ask what it is just due to some people I've talked to taking advantage of that and maxing us. Please let us know if you have anything suitable and what you are asking. We won't question or try to haggle you.
