I'm looking to find an unfurnished apartment in the Central area in London, Ontario, to start renting on October 28th, 2025. My price range is only $825 for the first month's rent only; no last month's rent must be asked for from me, because I can't afford it. After all, I'm on ODSP but I have a public guardian and trustee (PGT) caseworker who manages my finances with ODSP for my worker Vicky to issue rent money to the landlord she must receive your first and last name, the signed lease agreement from the landlord and the landlord's banking direct deposit information as she cannot issue the money in my account so I can e-transfer the landlord money because that's how scams start if you don't mind doing those three things she requires then I'd be glad to meet u soon. A bit about myself is that I have probation in Sudbury because I assaulted my ex-boyfriend for self-defence. After all, he assaulted me first in a public place, and I also got charged for breaching my peace bond in July 2025. I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder in April 2025, which turned into bipolar disorder in September 2025. I also have fetal alcohol syndrome, a severe form of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder ( FASD), ADHD, and Autism on the Spectrum, and I have mental health conditions, too. I am starting to attend Fanshawe College in the Academic Career and Entrance distance program in person on November 11th on the main campus to receive a high school certificate aka the ACE grade 12 equivalent certificate. I'm also looking for work in London in the central area as I plan to move there at the end of the month. I'm friendly, I'm kind, and a good hearted woman to a 10 and a half month old, almost 11-month-old son in foster care who's going to be a crown ward soon by the Children's Aid Society. I can agree to committing to a long-term lease.
