Hi, I'm Krystania Valentina Tocco, but I prefer my name to be called Kris. I have a 10-month-old son in foster care with the Children's Aid Society, as my son is going to be a crown ward. I was born on September 19, 2003. I have probation because of an ex-boyfriend. I go to school at Fanshawe College on November 11th, and I'm on ODSP, but I have a public guardian and trustee (PGT) caseworker who manages my finances with ODSP to ensure my rent is paid to the landlord on time every month. I lived in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, for 11 years, and I've been living in an all-female group home with Community Living Greater Sudbury since January 3rd, 2022. My rent is always paid on time every month and yea so I pay $1229 for a room in CLGS and I wanna pay cheaper rent as I get $1408 every month on ODSP, the maximum amount of money I can afford for a bachelor apartment is $900 without last month's rent and it must be furnished all-inclusive for utilities and pet-friendly as I wanna get a kitten in London and I already have a female hamster so yea so please DO NOT ask me for last month's DO NOT ask me for a background check and DO NOT ask me for security deposit/key deposit and credit checks because the answer is NO. The apartment must be 600 Square Feet with 1 full 4 piece washroom and 1 half 2 piece bathroom in the unit. I'd prefer to rent a basement unit for $900, please, and I would like the apartment painted a neutral lavender colour in the common area except the bathrooms. I would like the bathrooms to have tile flooring and white paint only and I would like to have my boyfriend over for nights and days, please. The apartment must be a short bus ride to Fanshawe College main campus and many other amenities but I prefer the bus stop to be right outside the apartment please I do not drive or have a vehicle. I am able to move in on October 28th for a 1 year lease. Also my PGT caseworker requires a few things from the landlord. 1. The landlord must sign an intent to rent form, aka a lease agreement, stating that he or she wants me to move into this apartment for the duration of the lease and rent amount, then send the signed document back to [email protected], secondly the landlord must attach his or her direct deposit banking information in the email to receive rent money.
