I am a 22 year old pregnant student at Cambrian College and I live in the Community Living Greater Sudbury agency for the past 4 years. I’m currently looking for a cheap place to rent on my own with my baby and I’m on ODSP. The maximum I can afford for rent is $600 I can pay for tenant insurance Hydro cable TV and Internet. You don’t have to provide that for me, but I would like you to provide heat and water as I don’t know how much that cost per month. I would like to bring home a small dog if that’s okay. I do not need the place furnished, but I would prefer free laundry in unit my desired location in Sudbury is Levack Ontario I would prefer to live in the basement of a house with one bedroom and a den with two bathrooms I can provide for furniture I have a public guardian and trustee caseworker who manages my money with ODSP because I’m unable to manage my own funds cause I don’t know how to prioritize so that’s why I have a public guardian and trustee caseworker if you can provide a home gym storage space and a heated in ground pool that would be great. The reason I need a home gym is because I wanna be able to lose weight after I give birth my due date is November 30, 2026 and I already have a son in foster care who’s turning two years old on November 27, 2026 the reason I don’t have my son is because I’m in a group home at Community Living and I lost custody of him from CAS because the agency doesn’t support children in the group home since I have 24-7 staffing support i’m fully capable of going grocery shopping doing laundry washing dishes maintaining the place to make sure it’s spick and span etc also the reason I made a pet is because I have emotional anxiety and need emotional support from a pet. if you have a place for me in Levack, contact me at 249-377-7586 please do not call me just text if u have a place for me i’ve listed the necessities on my ad for the Place so you can look it over I plan to stay in the place for at least a year or more, but my listing says month-to-month so yeah anyway, in order for you to receive rent payments from my PGT worker, you must give me a signed lease agreement so I can give it to my PGT worker so she can update the address with ODSP and you can send me your direct deposit information so I can send it to her or if you feel more comfortable I can give you her email through text so you can give her that information if you have any issues with that, please let me know thank you.
