I have been on the search trying to find a 3- 4 bedroom home for myself, my children and my dogs to go that i can afford... since the people I currently rent from have listed the house for sale. I am currently a stay at home mom, One of my three children is special needs... and one is still not quite school age but will be hopefully starting next year. We do not party, We are not loud and we keep to ourselves. I do have a partner who works out of town. He is a heavy equipment operator. He spends maybe 1 week home out of a 2 month period. (He is currently away at work up in Fort St john and unfortunately will not be back for a while) So it would be majority me renting the property with the children and dogs. We can both provide proof of income. And a reference from a previous landlord. We do have 2 medium-sized dogs. 1 husky shepherd with sleek fur.. she sheds little. Then we have a medium small staffy. They are both very well behaved and only bark when warrented and do not dig. Would love something with some land so I can learn how to homestead and teach my children how to survive and provide the way we used to. I'm very hopeful that someone out there has just what im looking for.
