Open to apartments, basement suites, etc. Cats are well behaved and fixed– willing to pay pet deposit. Can provide 2 landlord references from current and past. Planning to rent long-term for a year at least to a few years if possible while working and completing the last of a university degree (1 year). One of us is currently working and the other has left their job, but secured job interviews in Saskatoon. Credit score is great and can provide a full damage deposit.
