We’re looking to rent non-producing or marginal farmland for an agricultural pilot project.
Tough soil, low-lying, alkaline, or water-prone areas that aren’t producing—or are extremely marginal—are ideal. This is part of a high-efficiency greenhouse initiative designed to grow fresh produce year-round, even through the coldest winters, while cutting heating energy use by 50% or more.
Greenhouses outperform traditional field crops by 12x to 20x. And since our greenhouses require significantly less energy than traditional ones, growers see far higher margins.
We’re open to a simple rental agreement—or a longer-term arrangement that benefits both sides. Maybe you’ve even considered a greenhouse in the past but found the economics unworkable—due to high energy costs.
If you’re a landowner with a business mindset and a piece of ground that could be doing more, we’d love to hear from you.
There’s no obligation, just an opportunity to turn idle land into income.
