This is a zero noise, self cleaning (if you can cook, you can clean up after yourself) place. All rooms are single occupancy and we prefer post-secondary students. Great location for University of Ottawa students!!

We are unique in that we are offering flexible rental periods - 4, 8 or 12 months. ( not often you can find 4 months for co-op studentss).

Several fully furnished bright sunny neutral-colored rooms with large widows for rent in a beautiful 4 bedroom single family home. You will be provided with a furnished room consisting of a bed, linen, desk, and chair and dresser ( or under bed storage)

The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. You also have access to BBQ, iron and ironing board.

Rent includes all utilities, kitchen use, high speed unlimited internet, toilet paper, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, paper towels & cleaning supplies! Iron and ironing board available.

Food isn't included, but you will have dedicated shelf space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards. (If you can cook, you are expected to clean-up after yourself.)
