710 sqf designed in what I like to say is “Industrial Chic” because it’s very raw space, with polished concrete floors, walls and ceiling. , basic kitchen ( dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, Instapot, fridge , tiled bathroom ).

Currently decorated with extendable poles holding up paintings in some key spots as unique framing but that is just temporary ( these are not functional pipes although those are visible in the ceiling above the kitchen too )
There is a bedroom of course ( it’s in the room with the wall “closet” of hanging clothing and windows ).

No amenities other than a bike room.

No balcony, gym, party room: just the basics all under luxurious 10 foot ceilings though, which is nice. Wonderful sense of space when walking through it.

The walls are cement too so the place is well insulated for both sound and heat.
