Im a student attending online schooling and id like a privately owned preferably room to rent for up to 450-600$ rent a month also anywhere from 250$ to 500$ damage deposit and whomever is renting to me can we get the paper work done as soon as possible i need a place to stay now like as of august 1st. Im a student so im not rich. But i al having a social worker who knows my situation and is willing to pay my rent and damage deposit so long as the place is real. Room. And i go to a viewing. And we have a lease agreement written up. Thats not hard. And she will give me a cheque to pay the person im renting off in person not e transfer. I do not do drugs or drink alcohol so no parties. Im native. Im quiet and i like to keep my place area clean. And im searching to stay longer than my schooling so longer than 6 months.
