My partner and I are looking for a nice place to call a home in Pickering, starting October or November 2024. We are mature adults, and extremely quiet. We both have great income and are looking to relocate in order to satisfy both of our work commutes to make life that much enjoyable with eachother. I work in Port Hope, and he works in Mississauga, so Pickering seems to be the nice happy-medium for the two of us. We are not looking for a whole lot! Here are some of our must-haves:
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 parking spots to accommodate both of our vehicles
- fairly close to the 401
- on-site laundry facilities
- AC preferred but not mandatory

Since this will be our first home living together, our monthly rent cost is fairly flexible. Please let us know if you have anything available for us!
