The house is off Abbott street east. Each room is furnished with its own bed and a reading table. There are spare beddings and extra storage space if needed. All utilities are included. House comes with air conditioning, dishwasher, and so on. The home has an alarm system for extra safety.

There is also a driveway that can accommodate one more car. There are many grocery stores in the area, Walmart, FreshCo, Sobeys, Real Canadian, and more.
