My name is Jacob and I'm looking for a room rental. Ideally a monthly lease, but I could also do a long-term contract. I’m a respectful, responsible and clean roommate. I play sports and enjoy getting involved in the community.

I graduated from the University of Ottawa a few years ago and I'll probably be attending Algonquin college in the Winter and Summer next year. I'm currently working full-time. I ideally want to rent a room near Uottawa or in the downtown area. However, I'm open to other locations in the city. My budget is up to around $1,200 per month for the room.
