Looking for a One-Bedroom Apartment

Good afternoon!

My name is Irina and I am in search of a one-bedroom apartment for long-term rental. My husband and I recently moved to Canada from Ukraine and we are responsible and financially stable individuals with all necessary documents. My husband is currently working for Uber delivery but is also actively seeking better job opportunities. As newcomers, our credit rating has not been established yet, but we can provide a bank statement to prove our financial stability. Additionally, I have a letter of recommendation from my previous job outside of Canada to confirm our reliability.

We do not have any pets, but we are expecting a baby soon. Therefore, we are looking for an apartment in the city of Toronto or GTA with convenient transportation options such as metro, buses, or GO train. Our budget for rent is $1800-2200, including utilities. We are only interested in renting directly from the owner for a minimum of one year, with payment for the first and last month. We kindly ask that you do not offer basement or questionable options.
