Hello I am thinking about putting my little hunting/fishing cabin up for sale, because of my deteriorating health issues with my back. To hard to keep the up keep.

It is located on the main road which is plowed in the winter. The lot may seem small but it has everything you need in the surrounding areas for the out door adventures. If your into fishing we have several lakes near the cabin(lake Uist, lochlomond lake and many small lakes within minutes from the cabin). The cabin is situated in one of the best hunting areas in lochlomond with thousands of acres of crown land within minutes of the cabin and more apple trees on this road then most areas in lochlomond.

The cabin has the following;
-Electric heat;
-Bored well;
-Indoor large 3piece bathroom;
-full kitchen stove, fridge microwave (all appliances and furniture to remain).
-land is level with a couple of apple trees.
- very private;
- Old Farm located directly across the road
- You can hunt in the back of the property.
- Plowed road (located on the main road).
- Can sleep 4 people easily and room for more cots or another bunk bed.
- Bell internet available.
