I have a huge(a little over 400 square feet), super clean, quiet room for rent in Whitecourt available January-1-2024. The house is located close to the golf course, downtown, and parks(Rotary Park is steps away). It comes with a queen-sized bed and bedding, laminated floors, triple-sealed windows, and a locked solid-core door (these keep the room as quiet and secure as possible). The room also includes a small work desk, a chest of drawers, a clothes closet armoire, a nightstand, and room darkening shades. There is also a 44-inch TV (brand new, I haven't even got a pic of it yet) that is hooked up to the Shaw satellite boasting channels like TSN, Golf Channel, and SportsNet to name a few, and is also ready for your streaming services, on top of all that you have a chaise lounge included as well as onsite parking at the back of the house and unlimited internet. There is also an eight-foot bank of kitchen cabinets with a beautiful wood top so you can store your dry goods. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside.
There is a newer bathroom that is only shared with one other tenant and is located right off your room, The Kitchen and laundry are located downstairs as well so it's super convenient and your fridge and microwave are shared with only one other tenant as well so there is lots of room for your groceries and reheating meals and snacks is super convenient. The kitchen is well-appointed and comes with everything you need to cook and eat your meals and also includes reverse osmosis drinking water, ice, and a newer dishwasher. (if you do them by hand I supply the soap) If you are a long-term tenant you will really enjoy the Central Air (It's getting hotter every year) Common areas and bathrooms are cleaned weekly. On top of all that, there is a small workout area upstairs that is shared.
Here is what is not included.....animals of any kind(I love them but they bark or scratch, so no pets allowed)....screaming babies or bratty children...parties, or loud music...And finally "Me", I have my own place elsewhere and really try to stay out of your life and space.
