This comfortable and charming apartment is in a beautiful private setting with very attractive well maintained grounds. The owners are quiet retired seniors who live in the apartment above. There is a private beach and a waterfront deck. We are centrally located in the village of Hubbards, a half hour commute to Halifax, twenty minutes to Chester, and approximately forty minutes to Bridgewater. The 726 sq ft apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed, a four piece bathroom, a utility room, an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room area with large picture windows which give an amazing view of Hubbards Cove and St. Margaret‘s Bay. Amenities include hot water baseboard heating, heat pump, AC, electricity, water, Bell Fibre Op high speed WiFi, cable TV with Netflix and Roku, DVD player with a large selection of DVD‘s, electric fireplace, washing machine, dryer, use of two kayaks, and parking for two cars. All linens are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, full stove, microwave, slow cooker, and other small appliances. All maintenance and snow clearance is looked after promptly by owners.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A damage deposit of $500.00 is required in advance to secure the apartment. Rent is due promptly on the first of each month, e-transfer preferred.

Maximum two people.

References are required.
