You will be occupying the main floor which is approximately 1288 square feet of living space. The three bedrooms are large with carpeted floors. One of them has its separate 2-piece bathroom. The living room and the dining area are large and have hardwood floors, the kitchen has vinyl flooring.
Laundry facilities are shared with the tenants of a self-contained basement suite. The suite is currently rented to responsible and considerate professionals working at the University. The suite has a separate entrance.

Tenants must be willing to sign a lease contract with at least 7-month commitment, and they must provide proof of financial capacity to fulfil their obligations as specified in the contract. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease.
