House available for rent from May 1 to August 31 (four months). $2,000/month including utilities, Internet, and TV. In Walden community (far SE). On bus route (15-minute bus ride to C-train).
Fully furnished including utensils, plates, toys, etc. You will have full use of the house (except for the basement and two rooms that will remain locked) while the homeowners are out of the country.
Use of one bedroom on the second floor and a second bedroom in the loft. The loft also has a living room and full bathroom. Also have use of the kitchen/dining room/living room on the main floor. Additional full bathroom on the second floor and a half-bathroom on the main floor.
Strictly no smoking and no pets. Prefer a family with up to three young children.
There will be space in the garage for storage of some items (not large furniture).
