Live in comfort. The condo is minutes away from the CN Tower. Nice views and walkable to almost everywhere.

I am renting out a 1 bedroom 1 large den with parking Condo. It is furnished with two queen-sized beds, living room sofa and coffee table, and dining table with chairs. If you want to bring additional furniture/decorations, that is not a problem. Two people have lived here in the past couple of years, sleeping in separate rooms (main private bedroom and large private den). There are two private washrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet (so no need of sharing/scheduling!). Utilities are included in the rent but not internet.

The condo is also equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The balcony offers a stunning view of the City of Toronto, directly facing the CN tower. There is a grocery store right underneath the building (super convenient).

All condo residents will have access to the gym, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ area, and study room. Other amenities that require prior reservation include: billiards, karaoke room, and ping pong tables. Please see the concierge for reservation updates and rules.

Cityplace is one of the best residential areas of downtown Toronto. Hip and young, it is walking distance to CN tower, Entertainment District, Harbourfront, and just about anywhere. Or hop on a TTC transit streetcar or bus to get to your destination. This is a nice location of the city (you can safely walk around at 2 am).

I’m looking for a professional, a stable couple, or two working friends, non-smoker, who is clean, social, and responsible. Ideally people that hosts small get-togethers and are responsible.

The room is available starting May 1, 2025. Minimum lease is for 1 year. I will also look for the following:
-proof of income and employment
-first and last month deposit, $100 key deposit
-credit check and references
