Quiet family home occupied by a professional couple, no children, one cat. The house is located in an established, central, safe neighborhood. We are very close to public transport, bus and subway, Seneca College – Newnham Campus, Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Victoria International College, Academy of Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences, Toronto International College and a major mall (Fairview Mall). Furnished bedroom is on the upper floor, living area, bathroom and kitchen shared access, unlimited wireless high speed internet, laundry facilities, and all utilities included. Our fee is $1400/4 weeks, which includes 3 meals.
