They have first and last months cash the Father has fair to good credit but has been working very hard at rebuilding it... they have been denied quite a bit for homes because of Credit situation... which I think is unfair cause reality no one really has a 800-900 credit

The Father owns his own interlock business so rent is not an issue always paid on time he's a good handy man keep the place perstein clean and up to par inside and out of the home ..

They are desperately ineed of help with place to call home February 1st or March 1st
