I am a single mom of 3 but only my 2 younger ones live with me. We have no pets non smokers and great behaved clean and respectful family tenants. Reason we are in need of moving is the home we are renting now has gone up for sale and has now already sold it's been already over 2 months and we have not found the right home. Alot of people trying to get our hopes up by showing homes for rent but find out there living out of town so if there is people reading this, don't waste your time or mine my family budget is $1350 without utilities and $1500 with utilities preferred location westend Westmount central Bonnie Doon Northgate stadium Athlon areas in Edmonton. I have good credit but not great and references from previous landlords and others. I am hoping for upstairs main floor, duplex, townhouse, bungalow or if apartment need it to have space for extra storage. Please only serious people contact me I will not respond to anyone who states that they are not able to show rental because of being out of state or any type of SCAM. Please everyone there have been many scammers on Qdb.ca showing there supposed rental but they work out of town it is all a scam don't waste your time like I have and money lost..
