My name is Marta and i am currently in need of a home for my son and I
I am on ODSP due to a car accident and also am lucky to also get housing benefits which pays my rent. That being said rent is guarenteed and never late as Im paid on the 28th of each month specifically for rent.
My budget is at the most $2200 all in or $2000 utilities
I have to move due to my current landlord having issues with the last tenants and they unfortunately decided to report the apartment to the town. That being said the end result was to vacate the basement.
My time is very limited and I am able to move immediately as I’m supposed to vacate by June 15 but if I’m unable to secure something very latest July 1st.
I dont drink or smoke and dont party either. Im originally from Georgetown but moved to Milton for a nice quiet fresh start for my son and I.
My son currently attends Holy Rosary Elementary School, and I am aware of the boundaries, we are fortunate that the school has allowed us to live out of the boundaries and accommodate us with the bus in whatever area we reside in.
I would love to have a look at the apartment if possible as well as get to meet you in person so you can get a feel of us and ask any questions you may have.
