there are many stores here outside the door; iga for your food; and many cafes and need stores (dollarrama; for your sweets, chips, etc) and their is an equivalent store to 7/11 (called couche tard) opened 24hrs.

you have use of an expresso machine to make fine quality drinks

pots, drying pan, some condiments , salt and pepper, are all available for use

you really do not need to buy anything to stay here...its meant for people whom will be staying one month or 2

if your a student looking for long term residency this is not for you
