I am looking for someone who wants to do a lease takeover for my tenants who are moving out soon.
The unit is available January 1st 2025. I am advertising early in case someone is looking for a lease that begins in January.
This is an upstairs 3 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. There is a private fenced in yard. Its an upstairs full floor. I am using the basement for myself currently.
Each unit has a fully separate kitchen, separate laundry in each unit, and separate entrance, and a separate mailbox! Its not a legal suite because all of the utilities are on 1 account. However I recently installed a 2nd thermostat so both units now have their own thermostat. So its a 99% legal suite except I pay all the utilities.
I pay the gas, electric, water, and WIFI. Its already priced in.
you would be taking over a lease for $2100 with the utilities all included. I can extend the lease for another full year. I am looking for long term tenants. If your good tenants you can stay here basically for ever.
