Just arrived in Winnipeg and seek an immediate rent / share quiet peaceful home, or part home / suite / rooms preferably with a small garage / shop / out building that can be heated. Country or outskirts of city is perfect if available. Need sunlight, so upper part of home is what I seek, not a dark basement unless it has plenty of sunlight.

I am over 60, businessman, very busy, active, industrious, multi talented, familiar with all construction aspects / renovations / mechanics / repair / administration. I can do almost anything in regards to maintenance of any home, yard or surroundings should that be necessary - you do not need to call in the trades for work that has to be done as I have framed 300 houses in Calgary.

I have rented 2- million dollar homes in Kelowna and kept them in pristine condition. Moved from BC because it is completely unaffordable now - everywhere. I have moved my smallish manufacturing business to Winnipeg and am in production and back orders waiting to be filled. Urgency needed here. It is cold outside!

I have an adorable female golden retriever grown puppy of 1.5 years, Sandi, perfectly trained, one of the happiest dogs anywhere, a delight to any person, child or other animal in any store I take her into - delights the customers and clerks instantly - a clown! A gift from God.

I am a solid Christian in deed, not just words. Absolutely NO vices or bad habits of any sort, no smoking, drugs, alcohol, parties etc. Quiet, very busy, content, happy, cheerful and supportive. I play french horn in 4 concert bands as a hobby, avid photographer, entrepreneur, businessman.

I have recently moved from BC, seek IMMEDIATE rental. Will be doing some partial small assembly work in home or shop putting together the Q-Lok Locking connector which happens to be used on the International Space Station (see pictures). Need a small workspace of 8 x 10-12 minimum plus similar office space. Furnished or unfurnished. Prefer multi stall parking for car and small enclosed trailer. Garage is used for other purposes - repair work, etc..

I am reliable, get along. Seek a good fair landlord who appreciates good tenants without either one having issues, vices, alcoholism or greed. I would prefer ‘Christian’ or similar character based for their ethics and reliability - just be fair is all I ask.
