Hello,
I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker; very quiet and considerate of others; and very clean (I always clean up after myself). I have to move out at the end of this month (July), and am earnestly seeking a private room (furnished or unfurnished) for the end of this month (July) or the beginning of next month (August).
I have no problem sharing the kitchen and bathroom -- just so long as i'd have my own room (with a lock).
I can afford to pay $550-600 each month, and can pay first-and-last-month's rent.
In exchange for a lower rent, I'd be willing to cut the grass (I'd need a simple push-mower), shovel the snow, and maintain the garbage, recycling and green bins (which I'm already used to doing).
I'm a vegan. The only thing I'd need the stove for would be to cook rice and beans/lentils and vegetables. I don't use the oven. So (depending on the situation) I could get by with a simple hot-plate.
As for laundry, I'd only need to use the washing-machine a few times a week at most..
I'm looking to rent from a landlord/landlady who's decent and friendly.
