All utilities including high speed internet are included in rent. On site coin op laundry.

House consist of: 9 student rooms, 3 washrooms and full Kitchen. All common area ( kitchen/ washrooms/ stairways/ halls cleaned daily.

Room is available May 1st with 4 month min term . Option to remain for additional 4/ 8 month terms. ( based on school terms) Preference is given to students.
