-Upstairs Room with no adjacent occupant room (approx.: 13ft x 10ft). You will be the only one living upstairs.

-Quiet neighborhood located near M1G 3G9 (not on a main street).

-10 mins to U of T , 5 min to the nearest groceries near Ellesmere and Nelson, close to Tim Hortons, hospital, pharmacy and more.

-5 mins walk to 154 bus.

-Unfurnished (can provide a single bed) brand new).

-Shared kitchen.

-2 bathrooms (upstairs and down).

-WIFI, laundry, utilities, parking included.

-6 Month minimum to stay and sign..

First/last and a security deposit (for excessive damages) required.

The house is shared by me and 3 others (2 males 2 females)
