The Home:
A beautiful, cozy house on a tree-lined street in Old Ottawa South. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, and dining room with me. Upstairs, two bedrooms are available for your use:

Bedroom 1: Furnished with a bed and dresser, and a medium sized closet.
Bedroom 2: Flexible space ideal for a home office, creative studio, or personal hobby area (a former roommate used it as a painting studio!).

I live on the third floor, and my office is on the second floor, so we’ll have plenty of personal space.

About Me:
I’m in my 30s and work in communications for the federal government. I love cooking, practicing yoga, and enjoying Ottawa’s patio season with friends. I keep a tidy and well-organized home with a flexible approach to shared chores, and I’m happy to work out a system that suits both of us.

Ideal Roommate:
I’m looking for a female roommate who is mature, responsible, and in a similar stage of life. This would be a great fit for a working professional or graduate student. Sorry, no undergraduate students.

Additional Details:

Rent includes most utilities, with internet at $60/month.
Parking is available.
Shared laundry is available in the home.

Neighborhood Details: Old Ottawa South is a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transit, the Rideau River, Lansdowne Park, and an array of local shops and cafes.
