-Furnished with Queen bed , very large closet space, furniture, TV, bright and specious and comes with your own washroom (no sharing with owner)
- view of the front yard and a super sunny room and room has darkening curtains and blinds as well
- Shared kitchen for super super light cooking only
- Few steps to the main bus route
-lots of places in walking distance( Tim's, grocery store, eateries, Starbucks)
- Free parking spot on drive way (tandem)
- Free high speed WIFI
- All utilities included in rental price

Required :
- First /last months rent
- Job letter from employer OR proof of employment
-No pets- I already have a small pet on the premises, so you must love animals he's in the photo
-non smokers preferred -but you can smoke outdoors
-non partier- a woman that wants a super quiet home environment
-No pot smokers ... sorry
-Laundry can be used on weekends

Ideal Tenant:
-Works Day hours and is ok with us being quiet after 10pm as I get up at 6am.
-Female, respectful, kind, courteous, super clean (and I can't stress that enough or it won't work) quiet female that likes to keep to herself -like I do after I come home from work
-You must not mind maintaining your own washroom/bedroom and appreciate an extremely clean home and clean up after yourself (esp. in the kitchen)
-If you drive we will share a driveway and I leave around 7;30 and return around 6ish...(tandem parking spot)
