All inclusive, very bright and spacious room with big windows on second floor of a house. Shated one Kitchen and 1.5 bathroom and laundry. Room is private and cannot be shared with a second person. A mini fridge is in the room for personal comfort but the big main fridge in rhe kitchen is also available just for big items. All utilities and unlimited high speed internet plus once a week laundry are included in the rent. International students with short term rent are welcome.
