This amazing basement with a separate entrance is located in an excellent neighborhood and features two spacious rooms (each room has 2 beds with mattresses, 2 tables & chairs, a closet, and a luggage room), a full washroom, and a spacious kitchen with new appliances (stove, fridge, microwave), as well as a dining table and chairs. Washer and dryer are also available in the basement.

Facilities: Less than 1-minute walk to the bus stop with easy access to several community colleges, including Seneca, Centennial, Lambton, Northern, Canadore, Alpha, Hanson, and many more. Frequent buses to Scarborough Town Centre, Finch Station, and Kennedy Station. Nearby Walmart, No Frills, medical stores, and various Asian grocery stores and restaurants. Two beautiful parks within a 2-minute walk on both sides of the house. No parking available. No pets allowed. No smoking, no alcohol, or any related activities in this quiet and peaceful environment.
