SINGLE OCCUPANCY only. While your room is downstairs you are more than welcome to use the upstairs area as you like (you are not banished to the basement!!). Walkout basement feels like your own private space. Your bedroom is fully furnished, you are welcome to use our linen and towels. Only 4 minute drive to the University. Our house backs onto a park and is around the corner from the coulee pathways. HOME GYM in garage, as well as outdoor dry barrel sauna, you are welcome to enjoy both! Available May 1, 2026.
