and WiFi. Full Time Western University Student or Someone with Professional
Employment only. Will share the house with two male students.

Four major bus routes from university to house (Bus Numbers: 10, 27, 31, 9)

Furnished medium-sized bedroom with bed frame, mattress, work desk, and chair.
Kitchen with all appliances including dining table and laundry is shared with two
other male students.

No parking.
No overnight or prolonged visitors and no parties.

- Provide employment reference or proof of enrollment at Western University and
photo ID
- Must pay first and last month rent. Will provide a receipt if requested.
- Rent will be paid every first day of the new month
- Provide $200 security deposit for any damage or repair
- Within walking distance of Costco, Sobeys, and many restaurants
- 1 full and 1 half bathroom shared with two other male students
- Shared laundry with washer and dryer will be available only on the weekend for
one day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Strictly NO DRINKING, SMOKING, DRUGS, OR PETS
- Parties are not permitted
- Room is to only be used for living. Under no circumstances will it be used for
business or any other purpose
- Shared cleaning responsibilities for kitchen, both bathrooms, and garbage take out
- Renter is responsible for any damage caused by them or someone they have
allowed on the property
- Flammable items (electric or oil heaters, candles, incense, diyas) are not allowed on
the property
- If you plan to vacate the room or renew the lease, you must notify the landlord two
months in advance.
- If you plan to vacate the room, the owner can invite potential new tenants to show
them the property during the two month period.
