Lease is from July 1st 2024 until April 30, 2025.
Full Time Western University Student or Someone with Professional Employment Preferred.

Due to COVID 19, Renter Must Provide Proof of Full Vaccination (Ontario Vaccination Receipt).

No overnight or prolonged visitors and no parties.

- Provide employment reference or proof of enrolment at Western University and photo ID
- Must pay first and last month rent. Will provide a receipt if requested.
- Rent will be paid every first day of the new month

- Room is to only be used for living. Under no circumstances will it be used for business or any other purpose
- Shared cleaning responsibilities for kitchen, both bathrooms, and garbage take out
- Renter is responsible for any damage caused by them or someone they have allowed on the property
- Flammable items (electric or oil heaters, candles, incense, diyas) are not allowed on the property
- If you plan to vacate the room or renew the lease, you must notify the landlord two months in advance
