Hi! I’m Samantha. I’m looking for someone to join a shared two level house living arrangement. You will have your own large bedroom, ceiling fan and a big closet. We will be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main level.

My brother is the primary lease holder and repairman of the house. We have a property manager for more complex repairs. My brother has his own private one bedroom basement suite with a separate side entrance. He does not live on the main floor.

I am in my mid 30’s and my brother is in his late 30’s.

We can arrange taking turns buying and sharing household items such as toilet paper, handsoap, cleaning supplies, spices etc. Or we can decide on having separate double items on different sides of the sink, in the bathroom etc.
