The washroom and kitchen are shared with one person, laundry in the basement, a small gym on the first floor, and a pool outside, are the only amenities—no smokers, looking for clean working professionals, hybrid ok, full-time in office preferred. The room is furnished with a double bed, TV, bedside table, chess of drawers, laundry basket, tower fan (no AC), and small space heater and standing mirror. Rent is 1275, which includes utilities and Wi-Fi (rent is non-negotiable) pots and pans can be provided, but you'll be responsible for towels and your own toiletries. Sleepover is allowed 3 days per week.
