We are now accepting students, working and professionals to rent a room in a fully renovated bungalow home in Spruce Avenue area close to NAIT and Kingsway Mall.
We have 2 rooms available in the Basement the RENT is $700 and $750 available in MAY 1, 2024.
There are 2 separate units with separate entrances available with 3 bedrooms in each unit. Why waste your time and money traveling on a bus or a train when you can rent a room which is steps away from NAIT school, Walmart, Glenora Rehabilitation Center, Royal Alex Hospital and Kingsway Mall is in close proximity and a walk away from the property. To access other areas of the city, the train station is located within the NAIT campus. There is no need to bring your own car thus saving you both on gas, insurance, parking fee and travel time.
The place is fully furnished and all you have to bring is your clothes and personal belongings. Each room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table and a bookshelf. The common or living area boasts a brand new 65inch TVwith a free Disney Channel, a dining table, a conference table and comfortable sofas. The kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, microwave oven and a stove. Kitchen utensils and cook tops can be provided if needed at no extra charge. There is ample storage for all groceries that you may need.
High speed internet is free and a washer and dryer is also provided for all tenants. Utilities will be shared among tenants.
