The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need such as pots and pans , plates , cups , glasses, cutlery ect. Everything you need to make yourself a healthy home cooked meal. This is not a party house as tenants are here to work or go to school. No pets ,smoking , drugs ,or partying allowed. If you need to smoke there’s a patio which you can use. The patio also has a bbq you can use.
Rent is $575/month due on the first of every month ( security deposit of one months rent due before move in). Rent includes utilities, wifi and cable.
No need to sign a long term lease as we go month to month( We just need a months notice given on the first of the month).
This place is turn key ready. All you would need is your bedding, towels and personal items. Please note : You will be sharing the common areas with two male roommates.
