One bedroom in a two bedroom basement is available for rent. The other room is occupied by a female. The basement is fully furnished. Laundry, kitchen, washroom, and living area will be shared with the other occupant. There is a nice backyard and parking space.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Northwest, Calgary, Alberta. The house is close to University of Calgary, market mall, and is a train ride to SAIT and downtown Calgary.

There are two train stations which are ten minutes walk from the house, multiple bus stops that are one to five minutes from the house, two grocery stores that are five minutes walk from the house, a gym which is ten minutes walk from the house, and other convenient stores that are 5 to ten minutes walk from the house.

I am not renting to couples or two people. The room is over available for rent to one female preferably a student or a working professional. I am renting to a quiet, clean, and responsible female who has great communication skills.

No pets and parties are allowed in the house.

The monthly rent is $800 and a damage deposit of $500 will be paid.
